Suji (rawa) ka Badami Halwa

Suji ka Badami Halwa is truely a treat for your eyes and to your taste buds as well.



  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the semolina and saute till it turns light brown.
  2. Add the almond paste and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the hot water and sugar. Stir continuously, no lumps remain and cook till the water is completely dried and the sugar is melted.
  4. Add the pistachios, cardamom powder and saffron, mix well and cook for 2 more minute…
  5. Serve it hot.Enjoy this delicious Halwa with your family and friends.
