Flax seeds 1/2 cup (rosted)
Chopped almond 1/2 cup
Pistachio chopped 1 tab.sp.
Fennel seeds 1 tsp.(roasted)
White til roasted 2tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp.
1cup fig paste
1/2 cup dates paste
Place Fig and dates paste in a microwave pan
Cook it 5 minute and mix all dryfruits in it
Mix well and make small balls and any shape you like.
This is very healthy for kids, pregnant lady and good for all family members.
