Rajasthani rabari

  1. Aapke kitchan se

1cup bajre ka aata

1/2 cup moth ki dal (dhuli) ka aata

 2 and 1/2 cup curd

1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup mint leaves

2 tsp jeera powder 

1 tsp.black paper powder


1/2 cup curd mei 2 CPU water mix kare.ab ismei dono aata aur salt mix kare.

Isse achche se mix karke Dhaka k sunlight mei rakh de.

3-4 hours k bad . Place a pan on gas.pour two glass water in pan.

When water is boiling  mix  aata mixture and stir slowly.

Cook 2-3 minute and keep aside.

Next morning we prepair rabari .take that cooked mixture and shake well

Mix remaning curd and 2 glass water and ice as per your choice

Mix bhuna jeera and black salt 

Mix mint leav paste

Serve cold with your lunch and alone.
