Like it in tiffins.you serve as a dessert also.
- 2 liter milk
- 3 piece greated apple
- Suger as per taste
- 1tsp cardmom powder
- 2tabsp choped almond
- Saffron if you like (onepinch powder)
Place the milk on gas in heavy bottom vessel
Cook it till milk reduced 1/4 simmer the gas.
Mix greated apple and cook 3-5 minutes on low flame.
mix cardmom almond and suger.mix saffron.
Transfer to the glass serving dish and garnish with sliced apple
Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
