Apple kheer

It is very healthy recipe for all family members .school going chil

Like it in tiffins.you serve as a dessert also. 

Ingredients:

  1. 2 liter  milk
  2. 3 piece greated apple
  3. Suger as per taste
  4. 1tsp cardmom powder
  5. 2tabsp choped almond
  6. Saffron if you like (onepinch powder)

Recepie 
Place the milk on gas in heavy bottom vessel  

Cook it till milk reduced 1/4 simmer the gas.

Mix greated apple and cook 3-5 minutes on low flame.

mix cardmom almond and suger.mix saffron.

Transfer to the glass serving dish and garnish with sliced apple

Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
