Dates n fig special sweet

It is a very special experiment in my kitchen.


  1. 1/2cup seedless dates
  2. 2cup full cream milk
  3. Suger as per your taste
  4. 2tabsp.ghee
  5. 1/2 cup mava (optional)
  6. 2tabsp.rosted chopped almonds
  7. 2tabsp rosted cashew nut chopped
  8. 1tabsp walnut chopped
  9. 1 tsp powdered cordmom
  10. Few drops kewra


Wash dates and in food processor or grinder to make a smooth paste

Pore in a heavy based pan.mix milk properly

Place on gas flame and strring frequently.cook for 20-30 minutes or until the water from milk has evaporated

All the mixture to stick to the bottom of the pan

Add the ghee and nuts,mava,cardmom,kewra

Stirring continueusily,stir fry the mixture until the ghee is first absorbed and then released.the sweet is serve it in spacial shape also.


Apple kheer

It is very healthy recipe for all family members .school going chil

Like it in serve as a dessert also. 


  1. 2 liter  milk
  2. 3 piece greated apple
  3. Suger as per taste
  4. 1tsp cardmom powder
  5. 2tabsp choped almond
  6. Saffron if you like (onepinch powder)

Place the milk on gas in heavy bottom vessel  

Cook it till milk reduced 1/4 simmer the gas.

Mix greated apple and cook 3-5 minutes on low flame.

mix cardmom almond and suger.mix saffron.

Transfer to the glass serving dish and garnish with sliced apple

Serve hot or cold as per your choice.

Rajasthani rabari

  1. Aapke kitchan se

1cup bajre ka aata

1/2 cup moth ki dal (dhuli) ka aata

 2 and 1/2 cup curd

1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup mint leaves

2 tsp jeera powder 

1 paper powder


1/2 cup curd mei 2 CPU water mix kare.ab ismei dono aata aur salt mix kare.

Isse achche se mix karke Dhaka k sunlight mei rakh de.

3-4 hours k bad . Place a pan on gas.pour two glass water in pan.

When water is boiling  mix  aata mixture and stir slowly.

Cook 2-3 minute and keep aside.

Next morning we prepair rabari .take that cooked mixture and shake well

Mix remaning curd and 2 glass water and ice as per your choice

Mix bhuna jeera and black salt 

Mix mint leav paste

Serve cold with your lunch and alone.

Healthy bites

Flax seeds 1/2 cup (rosted)

Chopped almond 1/2 cup

Pistachio chopped 1 tab.sp.

Fennel seeds 1 tsp.(roasted)

White til roasted 2tsp

Cardamom powder 1 tsp.

1cup fig paste

1/2 cup dates paste

Place Fig and dates paste in a microwave pan

Cook it 5 minute  and mix all dryfruits in it

Mix well and make small balls and any shape you like.

This is very healthy for kids, pregnant lady and good for all family members.

Coco pops

Milk maid creem 1/2 tin

Coconut powder one and half cup 

Chopped chocolate one cup

Baljium chocolate 1/2 cup


Coconut powder aur milk maid ko mix kare

It became a thick paste.make small balls from it

Heat the both chocolates in microwave or dubble boiler

When chocolate in liquid form keep a side

Dip the coconut balls in liquid chocolate and remove from chocolate and place on foil paper

Cover from golden paper and serve as a desert


Choco laddu

Aaj maine kuch new experiment kiya.ghar mei chopped chocolate thee jo ki melt hone par hard ban rahi thee.

Usme thora milk aur corn flack cips ka choora ur bhi dry fruit etc mix karke pan mei thora cook kiya 

Iske ball bna kar rice balls se garnish kar diya ye bahut hi tasty choco laddu bane the

Gond ke laddu (taste of winter)

  1. 1/2 kg gond chura(small pieces of gond)
  2. 1/2 kg wheat floor
  3. 1kg bura sugar
  4. 250 gm almond choped
  5. 2 piece gola (coconut) grated
  6. 150 gm pista finely choped
  7. 250 gm chuhare powdered
  8. 250 gm makhana 
  9. peaper sabut
  10. 1 .5 kg ghee 


Place a deep pan on gas burnur

Por one kg of ghee and wheat floor.stir properly till floor is golden colour.

Por black peaper,chopped almond and makhana.stir 2minute.

Por gond and stir 2-3 minute

Turn off the gas.por grated coconut and chuhara powder,pista

Keep aside.affter 15minute mix bura sugar as per taste.

Mix  melted ghee if requred.

Take two tab.sp.of mixture in your hand and make a round shape of laddu

This is very healthy sweet dish in winter

You serve it little hot to increeg the taste

Put it in microwave at 30 second before serving.
