Chocolate truffle

Ingridient

600 gm cholate compound dark or milky as per your choice.

200 gm dark chocolate compound

100 gm white chocolate compound

20 drop coffee assance

200gm amul cream

RACIPE

Chocolate compound ko choppe kare.

Cream ko achche se garam kare

Cholate ko bhi microwave mei garam karke .

Stir properly and mix hot cream 

Now por assance and mix.

Sir 5 minute.and keep it in freez 

Affter 2 hour take  the  doah.and make a round shape from this

Place the bolls on a foil paper

Place chopped dark cholate bar in a glass bowl

Place it in microwave till 2-3 minute

Melt the white cholate bar and por it in a plastic cone

Deep the truffle balls in melted dark chocolate and place on foil paper.

Garnish with white chocolate cone.

Serve your guist

Its realy very tasty chocolate. All your family members and friends realy like this.

Methi ke laddu

Ingredients

250 gm methi seeds powderd

1 /2kg gond chra

1kg bura suger

1kg wheat floor

200 gm pista finely chopped

250 gm badam finely chopped

100gm badam powdered 

2piece coconut ( gola or gut) finly grated. 2 t sp.cardmom powder

2cup full cream milk

2 kg desi ghee

Racepi

Methi ko milk mei mix kaerke paste jaisa banay.milk jarurat ke anusar mix kare.

Soak over night or 3-4 hour

Ab isse achchi tarah se ya to badi chalni se chane ya grind karke powder bna le.

 Keep a side.and place a pan on flame .por 250 gm ghee 

Pore methi and stir slowly

When it become golden keep aside

Place a pan on gas burnor

Pore 1 kg ghee.and heet it.mix wheat floor and stir on high flame.

When foor become golden brown mix gond chura.it becom dubble

Mix badam,cardmom,coconut,chuhara ,and methi.aal mixtior keep aside

When it become sami hot mix suger( bura suger) and chopped pista.

Make laddu  from this mixtior mix more ghee ifrequired 

It is very healthy dish in winter.

Vegetable paneer kofta

Ingridients

1 1/2 cup grated cabbage

2  1tab sp.finely choped capsicum

3. I.tab.sp.finely choped onion

4. I.tab.sp.grated carrot

5. 1/2 cup grated paneer

6. Oil for frying

7.salt and black peaper as par taste

For coating

250gm paneer mashed smooth

1 tab.sp.Corn floor and 2 tab.sp. bread crumb
Filling wali samgri ko mix karke ek pan mei stir karte hue heavy flame par sote kar le.

Mix salt n peaper and keep aside

Take paneer bread crumb and corn floor in a pan and mix well.

Mix salt n paper as per taste

Make small balls from the doah

Take a piece of ball and filling with vagetables mixture

Deep frying the stuffed balls

Cut in two parts n keep a side

Make a gravy for your kofta aquording  as your taste.and set the kofte with  gravy

Serve hot.

Bread paneer and 

Special Dahi Bhalla

Ingredients

250 gm – dhuli Urad dal soaked 4-5 hours

1/2 kg- curd

2 tbsp – kaju cut in two pieces

2 tbsp- raisins(kismis)

2 tbsp,- sugar

salt to taste

oil for frying

For Tamarind (imly) chutney

250 gm- imly soaked in water

250 gm -sugar

1 tsp- bhuna jeera

1/2 tsp- salt

1/2 tsp- red chilly powder

For Green Chuntney

1 bunch of  Coriendar leaves

1 green chilly

For garnishing :

bhuna jeera

salt and pepper

pomgranate

RECIEPE

1 Take soaked dal and grind to a smooth paste using minimum water.

2 add salt and beat with beater or hand properly till make it smooth

3 take a cotton cloth and a board

4 wet the cloth and place it on the board

5 Spread a little amount of dal on the wet cloth in the shape of circle

6 place 2 pieces of kismis and 2 pieces of  kaju on the circle.

7 Fold the circle with cloth to give it the shape of half round circle.

8 Remove the cloth from one side and turn the bhalla in hand.remove the cloth from the other side.

9 Put the bhallas  in hot oil and fry till brown.

10 Soak the bhallas in water for 5-7 minutes. squeeze out the water and keep the bhallas aside.

For Curd Preparation

Beat the curd and mix 2 tbs of sugar.

Green Chutney Preparation 

Mix coriender green chilly and make a thin paste in grinder

Imli Ki Meethi Chutney

mix tamarind properly  in water.

mix sugar and  Sieve in a bowl.

Cook it for 5-8 minutes and mix salt, red chily powder in i

SERVING DAHI BHALLA

Put 2 pieces of  bhalla in a deep plate and pour curd on it.

Pour green chutney and meethi chutney.

Pour bhuna jeera powder,salt,red chilli powder and black pepper

Garnish with pomgranate.

Serve this ralish Dahi bhalla plate to your guest and family members..

Mere fractur ko aaj ek mahine se 8 din jyada ho gaye.ab ek ek din gin kar nikal rhi hu isme meri beti aarti mujhe jo sahyog de rhi hai wo mei bta nhi sakti .ye sara time achche se pass hona aarti ki vajah se passible ho paya.meri famoly ka sport mere liye ek vardan hi manungi.priyanshu bahut door se face time par bhi mujhse pyari pyari baten kar leta hai.charu manish bete ne kal sunday ki morning bahut hi good kar di.hum log card carrom khel kar time spend karte hai.4-5 days chocolate bnane mei nikal gaye .bahut achcha lga.NBT ka speeking tree padna bahut achcha lagta hai. Ab bus 30 tareekh ka intjar hai jab mera plaster nikal jayega.i wish sab achcha hoga.

11th june 2015 meri life ka eisa din jo maine kbhi socha na thaa.hum maa beti ne pura din shoping aur enjoy ke liye plan kiya.lekin hum kuch plan karte hai par vidhi ko kuch aur hi manjoor hota hai .hum dono bade chav se lagbhag 1o’clock natural icecream pahunche.vapas aate samay kisi ne speed se aapni car back ki aur mujhe hit kar diya.ekdum achanak hit lagne se mai gir gayee.wo sab bahut painful thaa.mujhe Sir Ganga Ram Hospitalright le jaya gaya.prateek ne hame raste mei join kar liya thaa.meri bitiya charu bhi vahi aa gayee.charu ne Hospital phon karke sari taiyari karva di thee.uss din mujhe proud feel huaa ki meri beti dr.hai to mujhe jyda wait nahi karni padi.dr.ne bataya fracture ho gaya mere right leg mei.plster bahut painfull thaa.mai kanha ko aur priyanshu ko bahut miss kar rahi thee.                                   3-4 din tak charu aur maneesh babu nei alag alag dr. Club Spinach

Club spinach is my son’s favourite starter…and i am sure many of you’ll will like it!!

Makes 6 to 8 serving

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups besan (bengal gram flour) ( bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric (haldi) powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 slit green chilli chopped
3 potatoes boiled and mashed
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
16 spinach (palak) (palak)
1/4 tsp dried mango powder (amchur) (dry mango) powder
oil for frying

Method

  1. Combine Bengal gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and ¼ cup water and mix well till smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add potatoes, onions, remaining salt, amchur powder and green chilli and sauté on a medium flame for sometime.
  3. Spread the above mixture on a flat spinach leaves and cover it with another spinach leaves.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip it in the Bengal gram flour paste and deep fry till it turn golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve Hot with tomato ketchup.
